Job Title: Facilities, Stores & Logistics Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating the Facilities, Stores, and Logistics functions to meet business objectives in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). The role includes inventory management, resource planning, lean process support, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stores, logistics, and facilities to support production and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and quality; implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Plan ahead to prevent delays; present alternative solutions when risks arise.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage during leave and peak periods.
- Maintain readiness to respond to facility alarm callouts.
- Support Projects, Repairs & Fabrication teams with resources and lean practices.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support documentation processes: timesheets, inspections, logs, etc.
- Track out-of-scope work for accurate invoicing.
- Provide technical feedback and reporting to internal teams and customers.
- Attend team briefings/toolbox talks and ensure accurate records.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Stores & logistics coordination
- Mechanical/Electrical background
- Assembly & fabrication experience
Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift Truck license (required)
- Mechanical/Electrical qualifications (desirable)
