Sales Administrator

Salary £26k - £27.5k (FTE) + Benefits
Due to our rapid growth and expansion programme, we are looking to recruit for a new role as a Sales Support Administrator. This role supports the sales team by managing new incoming customer inquiries via the website, coordinating sales/CRM initiatives, producing sales MI and collaborating sales commission claims as well as offering general support to the sales team and Sales Director.
Role
- Help maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Manage campaigns to retain and attract new customers
- Manage incoming enquiries
- Work with the Admin and Service team to follow up on opportunities for the sales team to convert
- Support the sales team with requests for information, input on RFI, Presentation documents & PQQ’s, preparation for customer meetings.
- Monitor and produce reports to monitor the input/performance of the sales team.
- Provide information/reports for the Sales Director to present to the Board
- Support the Sales Director in validating won jobs, confirmation of invoiced sales and commission claims.
Person
- Experience in sales support and administration, preferably in a related sector.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience of using Cash for Windows database system would be an advantage.
