Regional Care Managers will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage multiple senior care facilities within the region
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Supervise and train staff members in providing quality care to residents
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across facilities
- Monitor financial performance of facilities and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders
We are keen to hear from Regional Care Managers with the following experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior care management role / Regional Care Manager
- Strong knowledge of care practices, including dementia care, medication administration, and assisted living
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of caregivers
- Experience working in various senior care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
