Overview
We are seeking a Monitoring Station Manager to lead a busy control room operation within a growing technology and monitoring business. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring high-quality incident response and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a 24/7 monitoring team
Oversee alarm handling and incident response
Manage escalation, logging, and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with procedures and industry standards
Improve processes and operational efficiency
Liaise with clients and emergency services when required
Requirements
Experience in a monitoring, control room, or operations environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail and organisation
