Are you an experienced Ventilation Engineer looking to join a welcoming team based in Uxbridge? The company specialises in MEV systems, communal ventilation systems, PPMs and many more. As a Ventilation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Servicing and Maintenance of Communal Block Ventilation Systems Specification and MEV systems
Visually examine entire unit and ensure correct operation, report condition, and carry out any remedial work as required. Examine for any undue noise, vibration or overheating, report accordingly.
Check belts for wear, tension, and alignment, adjust or renew as necessary. Examine anti-vibration mounting and inertia bases, ensure their security, and report any defects.
Examine fans internally, clean as required and report any deterioration. Clean housings and grilles, bird mesh screens, internally and externally, report condition.
Carry out insulation resistance and earth continuity tests, report results. Check and record full load current of each motor against design data and carry out insulation resistance test of winds.
Following any remedial works reinstate fans ready for safe and efficient operation.
We would love to hear from Ventilation Engineers who have:
•Relevant Ventilation engineer experience. MEV system engineer experience.
•Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills
