Are you an experienced Head of Property Solicitor / Partner looking for a well-paid and progressive, hybrid / remote opportunity? You will be joining a successful / welcoming legal team based in East London on a Hybrid working basis. As a Head Of Property Solicitor/ Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
- Auditing all files including contracts or agreements
- Checking all compliance / working as COLP
- Signing off all work
- Provision of legal guidance to senior management
- Liaising with the company’s external solicitors, Paralegals etc as required to progress items needing specialist input.
- Day to day support as required across all areas of the business in business management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director
We would love to hear from Head Of Property Solicitors / Partner, who:
- Have at least 10 years of experience in Property / Property law / conveyancing
- Are a fully qualified Solicitor / Partner
- Have experience holding the COLP role, having lead compliance Working at Partner level
- Have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal matters into an understandable format.
- Confidence in speaking with clients face-to-face and on the phone.
- Excellent drafting / auditing skills (contracts and other legal matters).
- Excellent communication skills, being comfortable interacting effectively with all levels and functions across the company, and with senior stakeholders.
- Able to work quickly under pressure and balance competing priorities
