We’re currently recruiting for a Fire & Security Service & Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who’s ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in leading our service operations.
About the Role
As our Service & Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our service and maintenance department. You’ll ensure that all planned and reactive works are delivered to the highest standards, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring service excellence at every stage. You’ll also work closely with engineers, coordinators, and senior management to drive efficiency, improve processes, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, we’re seeking someone with previous experience in a similar management or supervisory role — someone who understands how to lead a team, manage workloads, and deliver results.
A background in fire and security systems would be highly advantageous, but it’s not essential; we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right leadership skills, drive, and attitude.
You should have:
- Proven experience in a service management, maintenance management, or operations leadership role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team
