As a EV Operations Planner you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating engineers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Contacting existing customers to arrange bookings, customer enquiries ,managing complaints and documenting call information.
- Reporting directly to the team leader and working with other EV Operations Planners

- Experience working in a customer service-based role or as an EV Operations Planner
- Ability to hit targets and set deadlines
- Computer literacy
- Problem solving skills and motivation
- The ability to travel to the office in Preston
