EV Office Manager - Buckinghamshire

We have exciting opportunities for EV Office Managers to join a welcoming renewable energy specialist. The role comes with a great package which includes a generous basic salary up to £38,500 for EV Office Managers. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Laptop, promising career progression, Bonus and incentives, company pension, flexible schedule, employee benefits and plenty more. 

 

As a EV Office Manager you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing the installation diary, processing orders and managing pipelines.
  • Managing the office team, supporting staff, delivering meetings and training others
  • Contacting existing customers to arrange bookings, customer enquiries, managing complaints and documenting call information.
  • Answering calls and emails

 

We would love to hear from EV Office Managers who have: 

 

  • Experience working in a EV customer service-based role or as an EV Office Manager
  • Computer literacy  and a polite telephone manager
  • Problem solving skills and motivation
  • The ability to travel to the office in Milton Keynes
