🚗⚡ We’re Hiring: EV Charging Bids & Tenders Manager
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexible hours
We’re looking for an experienced Bids & Tenders Manager to lead end-to-end tender submissions across our EV charging installation, maintenance, and monitoring services.
This role is key to supporting growth in the fast-moving EV infrastructure sector, working on bids for public and private sector clients including local authorities, fleets, and commercial organisations.
What you’ll do:
• Own the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission
• Write high-quality, compelling tenders and submission content
• Develop compliant, persuasive EV charging tender responses
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams
• Manage frameworks and portals (e.g. CCS, ESPO)
• Deliver continuous improvement through win/loss analysis
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years’ experience in bids/tenders (infrastructure, energy, or EV preferred)
• Strong public sector tendering background
• Excellent written skills and commercial awareness
