We have an excellent opportunity for an established Electrical Project Manager to join a welcoming team.
Working directly with several team members, your role will include project management of or
contracts valued from £200k to £5m. This will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
to manage projects in the healthcare, commercial and high-end residential sectors.
We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with:
- Thorough and efficient Wide supplier and subcontractor knowledge.
- Understanding of associated electrical services
- Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines
- Computer literate
- Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company QA policies.
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Project Manager
- Electrical qualifications
The Electrical Project Manager role will involve:
- Managing Electrical projects in multiple sectors of up to the £10m figure
- Managing the supervisors onsite
- Attending client meetings
- Providing technical support where needed
- Managing labour on site & ensuring all H&S is upheld
- Liaise progress reports to senior management
- Manage sub-contract & agency labour when required
- Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and the Client to
establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and
exclusions.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers
when necessary.
- Maintain records and filing of information
- Carry out handover meetings
