Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Manager to drive excellence across electrical projects, from solar PV installations to general electrical works. 🌱

What You’ll Do:
• 👷 Lead and manage electrical engineers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• 📋 Oversee electrical contracts, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.
• 🛠 Conduct site audits, monitor team performance, and resolve blockers to keep projects running smoothly.
• ⚡ Manage resources efficiently — labour, materials, and equipment — for maximum productivity.
• ✅ Ensure electrical certification, inspections, and compliance meet NICEIC/NAPIT standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• JIB Gold Card or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ domestic electrical experience
• C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with solar PV installations and NICEIC compliance (desirable)
• Comfortable with digital reporting tools
