- Interpret optical prescriptions and fit and service optical appliances such as spectacle frames and lenses
- Advise customers on styles of eyewear that suit their needs
- Ensuring optical equipment and devices are in good working order and meet safety regulations
- Development and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
