As an Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting EV Drivers over the phone
- Logging issues / queries on the system
- Liaising with key personnel, suppliers and the EV Technical Advisor team.
We are looking to speak with Customer Service Advisors who have:
- Customer Service experience
- EV Charge point knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- The facility to work 4 on 4 off shifts in the Ollerton based office.
