Are you an experienced Customer Support Advisor looking for a progressive opportunity? You will be joining a successful / welcoming team to support the customer service department of a leading provider delivering customer support to EV Drivers requiring assistance at Charge Points. Their mission is to ensure that drivers receive prompt and reliable assistance, 24/7, 365 days a year, regardless of their location. They are dedicated to serving every EV driver, every second, everywhere in the country. The role comes with a great package which includes a generous basic salary up to £22,500 for Customer Support Advisors. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a team you will be handling incoming and outgoing calls for key accounts & call out customers.
- Liaising with on call service engineers and the management teams to ensure works are carried out promptly.
- Ensuring that all calls are answered and information logged.
- Provide the vital admin support to enable engineers to keep working 365 days per year 24/7
We would love to hear from Customer Support Advisors who:
- Have previous Customer Support Advisor experience or experience in handling inbound calls is desired but not essential for the right person!
- A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Enjoys providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- The ability to work 12 hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off. The rota is planned well in advance.
