Quoted Works Coordinator – Service Department
We are a fast-growing company looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Quoted Works Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a busy and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and secure repair works using the Cash 4 Windows (C4W) system
- Liaise with customers from order receipt through to project completion
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to coordinate jobs
- Record and monitor job progress accurately
- Order parts and materials using Sage 50
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate plant, parts, and deliveries
- Resolve customer and supplier queries, close completed jobs, and process invoicing
Skills & Experience
- Previous industry experience or a similar administrative/coordinator role is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using C4W and Sage 50 would be beneficial, although training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
