Their busy Alarm Receiving & Remote Video Response Centre is located in Yate BS37, where their highly experienced teamwork 24-hours a day, 365-days a year providing outstanding customer care and technical support to grow our customer base.
We are recruiting for bank Control Room Operators (Flexible hours - day, nights, weekends– Yate, BS37.
BANK Control Room Operator (Day, Nights, Weekends, Flexi Hours)
Salary: £12 - £13per hour depending on shift times with opportunities to have overtime.
As a CCTV Operator your day-to-day activities will include: -
Monitoring CCTV/Intruder activity for suspicious behaviour
Working closely with customers, receiving, and making outgoing telephone calls
Handling and management of alarms coming through to our Control Centre
We are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner and want to provide the highest standard of customer service possible. If this is you, we want to hear from you?
As part of your induction, you will attend a course to obtain the SIA qualification (paid by the company).
Candidates with experience in CCTV Monitoring or Alarm receiving Centres will be well received. SIA Licence would be advantageous, but if you have good service, people related experience we would like to talk to you.
