As an Control Room Operator you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring CCTV/Intruder activity for suspicious behaviour
- Working closely with customers, receiving, and making outgoing telephone calls
- Handling and management of alarms coming through to our Control Centre
- As part of your induction, you will attend a course to obtain the SIA qualification (paid by the company).
We are keen to speak Control Room Operator with the following:
- Good problem skills, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner
- Office / customer service skills or control Room Operator experience
- The ability to work 12 hour shifts ( 4 on, 4 off)
- The ability to commute to Yate.
