Hiring: Contracts Manager - Based in Nottinghamshire - £50,000
Ready to lead from the front and deliver projects that matter? We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to drive performance, lead teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
The Role:
You’ll oversee the full contract lifecycle—coordinating engineers, managing schedules, and acting as the key link between clients and internal teams. From planning to delivery, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support a team of engineers & coordinators
Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery
Build strong client relationships and handle day-to-day queries
Run weekly progress meetings and track performance
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance at every stage
Solve problems fast and keep projects moving
What You Bring:
3+ years in contracts, projects, or installations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure
Experience with MS Office & ERP systems
Relevant H&S or site certifications (a bonus)
The package includes:
Monday to Thursday - 39 hours 15 minutes per week, working: 07.45 to 16.30 with 30 minutes for lunch & Friday 07.45 to 14.30 with 30 minutes for lunch.
28 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), rising by a day per year up to 5 years, the option to buy up to a further week’s annual leave
