£40,000–£60,000 + Uncapped Commission

A leading security solutions provider is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing commercial team.
The Role
Develop new business
Build relationships with key decision-makers and specifiers
Grow and develop existing client accounts
Sell a range of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control & Fire Alarm solutions
Promote maintenance and monitoring contracts
Manage the sales process from opportunity through to handover
We're Looking For
3+ years' B2B sales experience
Experience within the security or technical solutions sector
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated, commercially driven and confident working independently
Desirable: NICEIC, FIA, BTEC or equivalent qualifications, plus knowledge of NSI/FIA regulations.
