We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to win new business, grow key accounts, and help expand a fast-growing division across the Southern Region.
If you’re a confident B2B sales professional with experience in electronic security or life safety systems, this is your opportunity to take ownership of your territory and maximise your earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
▸ Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
▸ Growing existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities
▸ Creating tailored proposals and closing high-value deals
▸ Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
▸ Achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For
▸ 3+ years’ successful B2B sales experience
▸ Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems
▸ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
▸ Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
▸ Industry qualifications or existing sector contacts are a bonus
