Business Development Manager – Fire & Security
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a leading Fire & Security solutions providerwith a strong UK presence. Working with customers from residential to national businesses, this is a key role focused on driving new business growth across Fire and Security services.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and internal teams to win new customers, grow accounts, and build a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives on developing relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert new business opportunities across Fire & Security

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through meetings, tenders, and referrals

Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Develop a balanced portfolio of installation and service contracts

Attend networking events and promote the business

Protect margins through regular account profitability reviews

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline reporting
About You

Proven BDM or sales experience within Fire & Security or a related sector

Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results focused

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Confident networker with a customer-first mindset
