The Business Development Manager is a business critical role for the continued growth and development of the business. This role is joining a welcoming and well-established fire & security company.
A key part of the Business Development Manager Role will be identifying new customers regarding Install & service projects.
Job Description:
- Lead the sales strategy and delivery on new business opportunities.
- Ensure opportunities are maximised and converted in line with agreed margins.
- Build your own pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Own the reporting of monthly forecasts for sales to be presented at the monthly Board Meetings.
- Provide input and collaboration with other sales members
- Attend and organise networking events.
- Liaise with operations to ensure they are aware on new key client margins and timescales
- Account management
- Effective management of Customer Care and Retention.
- Identify and support in new revenue streams
- Create a strong evidence sales pipeline of activity
- Utilisation of a CRM system by the business to track the customer (new & existing) journey.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with strong commercial and sales focus
- Awareness and knowledge of BS9991
- Experience and knowledge of selling Fire & Security
- knowledge of Fire & Security
- Good networker
- Pipeline management and attention to detail
Package includes -
