We’re Hiring: Industrial Door Engineer (Hampshire)
Salary: £38,000–£45,000 + overtime + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hampshire (Field-Based) — Full UK Driving Licence essential
As one of the UK’s trusted names in security, fire, industrial door, and locksmith solutions, they keep industries moving and buildings secure — from hospitals and schools to retail sites , manufacturing plants , and national infrastructure
They are growing fast and now looking for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join their expert team. You’ll take the lead on servicing, repairs, and installations of industrial, automatic, and pedestrian door systems across Hampshire.
What You’ll Do
• Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of door systems
• Diagnose faults, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance
• Deliver top-quality service while building great client relationships
• Work safely, holding or obtaining a valid CSCS card
• Operate independently and as part of a high-performing engineering team
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years’ experience with industrial and/or automatic doors
• A clean UK driving licence & flexibility to travel
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
(Desirable: Electrical qualification, Automatic Door & Access Control experience)
