Are you looking for a progressive Account Manager role? This is an office based role in Ollerton, Nottingham. You will be joining a welcoming team and will receive a basic salary up to £30,000. Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

As an Account Manager, your role will include:
Our office is the heart of our business and we require our employees to be efficient, friendly and portray the companies' high standard of customer service
You will take sole charge of one or more customer accounts, for which you must provide first class customer service, always ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and excelled upon.
There will be times when you may be left in sole charge of the office so you must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to make decisions alone.
The role mainly involves managing our subcontractor network, liaising with and providing reports to customers, and invoicing.
The position will require you to undertake various other administration and account management duties.
We are keen to speak with Account Managers with:
Computer literate (Outlook & Word)
• Experience of Sage and Invoicing would be a real advantage
• Excellent Administration Skills
• Very Organised
• Good Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain successful relationships
• Good communication and telephone manners
• Some form of Sales Experience would be an advantageous but not a necessity.
• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Makes sure clients receive requested products, services and requests in a timely fashion
Communicates client needs and demands to the Customer Services Manager
• Escalates any issues immediately
• Goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensures service partners are the correct partners to deliver at a profitable cost to the company
• Utilises simPRO to ensure all client information on there is correct
• Prepares Monthly reviews with client
