We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and making a real impact within a growing business.
As the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you'll ensure accounts run smoothly, customer expectations are exceeded, and opportunities for account growth are identified.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.
Acting as the primary contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Preparing quotations and supporting new business opportunities.
Coordinating jobs, invoicing, and service administration.
Conducting regular client review meetings and monitoring service performance.
Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account growth.
Working closely with operational teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar client-facing role.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
✔ A proactive approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
✔ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
⭐ Experience with Sage or invoicing systems is advantageous but not essential.
